At the end of the competition, teams are ranked on equity in portfolio. Teachers were provided with websites, educational resources and lessons to teach students about investing, Kentucky companies and economy, and the stock market.  In addition, 313 teams of 1,374 students, from 42 schools participated this fall in the Stock Market Game investment education program, where students invest in mutual funds and stocks on the NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ.
